Beginning of a New Semester..
So, Semester 2 commenced yesterday.. and I must say most of us are glad to be back though we're still on our holiday mood. hehe. Most of us were buzzzing away in front of the Auditorium and lots were crowding round the notice board checking out the time table and groupings. I guess we must have had a long holiday because some of us can't even remember some of our batch mates' names! *aHem*
I guess the real test starts from this semester. Will be learning about stuff we have never really touched on eg: Pathlogy, Microbiology, Immunology, Parasitology etc. Also, this semester seems to be quite busy with 2 PBLs a week, CSU sessions, Lab Sessions and the usual 2 hours lectures. I guess I just have to manage my time properly and study smart. Easy to say but hard to do (".)

My musang friend is leaving for Tokyo, Japan tomorrow! :( ANother one leaving M'sia and that means one person less to hang out with.. Will miss you tonnes, Azril Haniz and make sure you remember ur tomodachi-s back here in Malaysia! Gambate, Azril-san :)

I'm finally back from Jakarta! and yes.. I'm glad that I'm back from the busy city. Traffic was horrible there especially in the morning when everyone goes to work! The jam goes all the way from the city until the tol gate outside the city.. and I tell you, the line was crazy.. I can only watch in wonder how these people bear with the jam. Even I was getting impatient.. and Lee Hui Lin doesn't get impatient easily -.-" Well, my parents and I did not spend all 5 days in the city. Thank goodness. We went to an island(Putri Island- one of the "thousand" islands) on the second day, spent the third day touring the city, and then went to Bandung on the fourth day of our trip there. All in all, I guess it was a good trip.. Just one thing I didn't like about the trip.. Everytime when you go to a tourist attraction place, the local people all crowd around pestering you asking to buy the stuff they are selling. It gets irritating sometimes especially if you're not interested but at the same time, it makes you feel bad for not buying.. but I just can't buy all of their stuff. Just not worth it.
Anyway, my return flight was delayed for an hour and a half today.. and i spent 3 hours wondering around Jakarta airport.. Wasn't fun at all but at least I had Poddy(I-pod) with me. Touched down at KLIA pretty late.. around 3.20pm. Since my flight was delayed and it was late, I had thoughts about skipping Tai Chi training.. *drENg* Wen Leong sms-ed me asking if there was TC training today.. and since I promoted TC to him, well.. I felt that I had to go for training. So, I went...(Chow Chow, now you know why I suddenly appeared.. from Jakarta) Attendance was great! and Poh Peng(Poh Sen's bro) turned up for training just like he promised me last week.. Thumbs up for the newbies.

I'm blogging from Jakarta, Indonesia! just arrived this afternoon and thank goodness, there's internet in the hotel! I'll be here for the next couple of days exploring Jakarta. Not many places to visit. Will be going to Pulau Seribu a.k.a Thousand Island tomorrow.. A-ha! the pictures in the brochures look good.. as good as Redang! I hope it's good.. got to enjoy this short break.. Semester 2 is going to start soon!

I'm feeling kinda relieved now that orientation is over.. hee~ don't have to wake up so early for the next 2 weeks! *phew* gonna enjoy my last 2 weeks of holidays before semester 2 starts :)

Well, OOs don't get much of a chance to do those stuff.. so took opportunity la :P

Then on our way out of PBL, Chow and I met Jeng Haw. Some juniors were asking for his signature.. hehe.. decided to kay poh abit.. hehe.. and he asked us what should he ask those juniors to do.. wanted to ask them to play abit of Tai Chi for us since all three of us are from Tai Chi Club but thought it was abit hard for the juniors.. then all a sudden, Jeng Haw asked how heavy I was.. and I told him.. Hah! I got special treatment of course.. got carried one round by the juniors screaming "Chow Chow the worse.. Worse than my arsee".. Well, i was chanting with them.. hehe :P thanks, Jeng Haw! it was quite an enjoyable ride ^^
btw, Chow.. thanks for coming today.. and teaching me how to operate the sound thingy program.. I'm getting good at it.. haha :)

so.. It's orientation week for the newbies in IMU. I signed up as Orientation Officer and well, it's not easy being an OO.. can't believe Johan did it for 4 semesters! I shall elaborate more on orientation week this coming weekend.. gotta get some sleep.. have to hunt for more signatures with the juniors tomorrow! Nite nitee~
